BAC 50 Softwash Biocide – Benzalkonium Chloride.
A 50% Solution of (C12-16) Alkyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride also known as BAC50, BAC, ADBAC, BKC etc.
A powerful cationic surfactant and quaternary ammonium compound with antistatic and anti fouling properties. It removes black, red, green and yellow staining from most hard surfaces such as roofs, paths, uPVC, timber and cladding.
Easy to use: spray and leave formula!
Perfect for cleaning roofs, patios, decking, sheds, fences and anywhere effected by green deposits.
Equivalent to BacClear Pro 50.
Dilute 1:20 for roofs and render and 1:30 for ground surfaces.
