We currently use Royal Mail for our deliveries.
You can select what type of shipping you’d like, on the checkout page.
As of 1st June 2023 all shipping will be a fixed rate and no longer weight related. 1st Class consignments will be charged at a set rate of £5, 2nd Class consignments will be charged at a set rate of £3 irrespective of weight.
Free UK MAINLAND Shipping over £50
- Applies to UK Mainland ONLY. UK Mainland is defined as England, Wales and Scottish Lowlands.
- Applies to a basket subtotal of £50 or more.
- This offer CANNOT be used in conjunction with any discount code or sale item(s).
Once your order has been dispatched from us to the courier company, we are NOT responsible for their respective delivery times. Please expect possible longer delivery times at peak periods of the year e.g. Black Friday/Christmas. We will pass along any relevant delivery preferences to the courier but are NOT responsible for their judgement on “safe place” locations.
Damage in Transit:
If you receive damaged goods, please retain all relevant documentation so that a lost parcel claim can be made against the courier. We will require your order number, date of order and delivery address together with photos of the damage. Please email this to [email protected].
