Thanks for taking time to read our delivery information.

We currently use Royal Mail and APC for our deliveries.

You can select what type of shipping you’d like, on the checkout page.

To ensure that we can offer the best possible prices on our products, we keep the cost of the items themselves as low as possible. As a result, shipping is charged separately to cover the cost of delivery. This allows us to provide you with affordable products while offering a range of shipping options to suit your needs.

We offer a range of delivery options to suit different order sizes and delivery requirements.

Delivery Times:

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of being placed. Orders for bulk items will be dispatched same working day if ordered before 16:00. Once your order has been dispatched from us to the courier company, we are NOT responsible for their respective delivery times. Please expect possible longer delivery times at peak periods of the year e.g. Black Friday/Christmas. We will pass along any relevant delivery preferences to the courier but are NOT responsible for their judgement on “safe place” locations.

Damage in Transit:

If you receive damaged goods, please retain all relevant documentation so that a lost parcel claim can be made against the courier. We will require your order number, date of order and delivery address together with photos of the damage. Please email this to info@constellation-chemicals.com.
