BAC is a great chemical but doesn’t penetrate and wet as well as DDAC so by combining them both we have a product which does the work of both!

A blend of quaternary ammonium compounds with antistatic and anti fouling properties. It removes black, red, green and yellow staining from most hard surfaces such as roofs, paths, uPVC, timber and cladding.

Easy to use: spray and leave formula!

For use against algae and mould on outdoor surfaces such as roofs, fences, decking,
walls, patios, and driveways

Ground surfaces: Dilute 1 part product to 30 parts of water, then apply 1 litre of diluted
product per 4-5 square metres of surface area.
Render: Dilute 1 part product to 20 parts of water, then apply 0.5 litres of diluted
product per square metre of surface.
Roofs: Dilute 1 part product to 20 parts of water, then apply 1 litre of diluted product
per square metre of surface
